FOR ICQ 98 & 99 USERS:

Use these ports in your preferences to speed up your connection to ICQ 98 & 99.  You’ll spend less time waiting to connect & almost no delays. Feel free to pass on to all your ICQ contacts. Open your preferences dialog box in ICQ, navigate to the servers Tab, and add the following additional Addresses & Ports (all ports are 4000).   Finally check the box entitled ... "Move last successfully connected server to top of list".  You'll be pleasantly surprised at the results!!
